Training Formats, Dates & Tuition
Spanda® Yoga 300-hour teacher trainings begin in March 2017 in two different formats:
a Residential Modular Format and a Non-residential Weekend Format.
Both trainings produce 300-hour yoga teacher certification and count toward the IAYT Accredited 800-hour yoga therapist certification.

300-hour Yoga Teacher Training: Residential Modular Format
In this format, the training is offered in three 10-day modules at the Himalayan Institute Retreat Center.
This beautiful 400-acre campus is located in the serene Pocono Mountains of eastern Pennsylvania. The training dates are:

Module One: July 14-23, 2017
Module Two: November 3-12, 2017, and
Module Three: April, 2018.

Tuition for the Residential Modular Format is:
Tuition for each of the three Residential Modules is $1,175 if deposit is received no later than 90 days prior to that module’s start date. To be eligible for this offer for the beginning module, your application should be processed and your $500 deposit made by April 14, 2017. If deposit is received within 90 days of a module’s start date, tuition for that module is $1,425.

300-hour Yoga Teacher Training: Non-residential Weekend Format
In this format, the training is offered over one year (October 27, 2018 through October 20, 2019) in the Princeton, New Jersey area, and is hosted by The Princeton Center for Yoga & Health and Pinnacle Physical Therapy Services.

Program dates, beginning in 2018, are: October 27 & 28, November 10 & 11, December 1 & 2. In 2019 the dates are: January 12 & 13, January 26 & 27, February 16 & 17, March 2 & 3, March 16 & 17, April 27 & 28, May 18 & 19, June 1 & 2, June 22 & 23, July 13 & 14, August 3 & 4, August 24 & 25, September 21 & 22, October 5 & 6, October 19 & 20, October 26.

Tuition for the Non-residential Weekend Format is:
Extra Early $3,400 if application is processed and deposit is received by December 10, 2016.
Early $3,700 if application is processed and deposit is received by January 28, 2017.
Regular $3,900 if application is processed and deposit is received by March 4, 2017.

300-hr Residential Modular Location
The Himalayan Institute Retreat Center is nestled in the rolling hills of Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains. With picturesque views, scenic hiking trails, and contemplative atmosphere, its peaceful, natural setting support focus and integration of coursework.
109 guest rooms are available with a range of single, double, deluxe, and apartment-sized accommodations. Three fresh, nutritionally and ayurvedically balanced vegetarian meals are served daily, and the Sacred Grove Café has beverages and snacks with plenty of delicious vegan and gluten-free options, with free wifi.
The PureRejuv Wellness Center offers various types of massage, chiropractic treatments, biofeedback, and one-on-one consultations with its integrative medical staff. A dedicated meditation hall (The Sri Vidya Shrine) is open for meditation practice to program participants at various times throughout the day.
