What type of information do we collect?
Spanda Yoga Movement Therapy (SYMT) receives, collects and stores any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we (SYMT) collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; computer and connection information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information when you fill out a “contact us” form (name, address, subject, message) or an “SYMT training program application” form ( name, email, 18 yrs or older flag, date of birth (optional), gender, address information, phone number, profession, academic degrees, yoga and related training program experience information, other opinions); Wix partner payment gateway via POWR.IO popup (name, address), payment details via Paypal.
How do we collect information?
When you conduct a “Contact Us” transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address. When you conduct a “SYMT Training Program application” transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect the personal information mentioned above under that category. When you make a payment on our website, as part of the process, you are routed to a POWR.IO popup page where if you enter information there includes the collection of name and address information (we do not receive any of this information). If you enter a dollar amount, you will be routed to the Paypal transaction site. We do not receive any of the information collected through Paypal). Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
1. To provide and operate our Services;
2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

How do we store, use, share and disclose our site visitors' personal information?
Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
We collect “SYMT training program application information” through Google docs form capture. That information is captured through Google Forms and stored on the SYMT’s Google docs account area located on a secure Google servers behind a firewall.
We do not share any of your data that is stored on Wix or in our Google docs account with anyone outside of SYMT.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
