Please expect to be engaged in the training for most of each scheduled day. We strive to create exertion and recuperation rhythms into the days. Brings comfort items, like backjack chairs, warm socks, blankets, snacks, your favorite sweats.

For the Residential Modular Format of the program, arrival is on Thursday evening and we begin after breakfast on the first full day. We typically have a long afternoon session, and will have class on a few of the evenings as well. The grounds of the Himalayan Institute are beautiful and very restorative, so get outside for a walk whenever you can. The food is vegetarian and delicious. The setting is peaceful and reflective. On the final day of each module you are welcome to leave that evening or stay over and leave the next as your travel plans allow.
