How To Apply
To apply to the full 800-hour IAYT accredited Spanda Yoga® Movement Therapist training beginning March 6, 2020 and taking place at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA, please submit the online application below.
Once you've submitted both the application, you’ll receive a confirmation email that included an invitation to schedule an interview with the program director, Dr. Jaime Stover Schmitt. You'll be informed within one week after the interview of acceptance status. If accepted, an enrollment packet will then be sent with more details about getting started!
Training materials are assigned and distributed prior to and throughout the program. Requirements for Admission to Program
A prospective student must:
1. be at least 18 years of age
2. have a high school diploma or have completed a high school equivalency certificate
3. have at least two years of yoga teaching and yoga practice experience
4. have completed any 200-hour Yoga Alliance registered program or have the equivalent background
