Spanda® Fusion is a powerful, enrapturing immersion in breath, movement and music
that produces phenomenal results . . . and it’s fun!


A multi-dimensional exercise class, Spanda® Fusion unites yoga, cardio, whole body toning, dance alignment, breath and core training in an enlivened, transformative movement experience.

Spanda® Fusion is for Everyone!

Because the teaching is about movement, and movement is everyone’s native language, people of all ages, fitness levels, movement backgrounds or couch potato status, enjoy the fun and freedom of its natural rhythms. Spanda® Fusion’s non-competitive, supportive class environment encourages everyone to let go of thinking, judgment and comparison. Spanda® invites each person to revel in enlivening movement and music. Even those who proclaim, “I can’t dance!” are transformed by the movement stream of Spanda® Fusion class. While our unique movements build stamina, tone, and maximize caloric output, participants learn how to move better (more efficiently, effectively and expressively) The body itself becomes “smarter!”

Dance your way to fitness while gaining core and total body strength! Spanda® Cardio allows you to move through space and all over the place as you do movements designed to strengthen main muscle groups for integrated strength and cardio training. This class is perfect for all who want to increase fitness level as each person works at his/her own pace and level of training. Attend to alignment and breath as you perform high energy rhythmic Spanda® movements! Enlivening music enhances the experience of this joyful, high-energy class. Be prepared to sweat and have fun! Wear loose, non-binding clothing, soft-soled shoes, grip socks, or sneakers. Bring water!
